And thoroughly stir.

3. Dressing preparation & assambly:

3.1. Place into the small mixing bowl:

2 TBSP of chives – finely chopped
¾ cup of parmesan – grated
⅓ cup of sour cream
3 TBSP of mayonnaise
1 TSP of lemon juice
1 TSP of water

Thoroughly stir with a whisk until thoroughly combined.

Place ripped head of romaine letuce heart in to the mixing bowl and toss with the dressing.

Stir with a spatula until fully combined.
