1. Place in the kitchen mixer with a flat beater attachment:

3 large avocados – cut into larger pieces
½ cup of sour cream
Juice from 1 lime
Juice from 1 lemon
2 cloves of garlic – grated
Pinch of ground nutmeg
½ TSP of salt
½ TSP of ground pepper

Process until smooth (about 2 – 3 minutes).

2. Remove the bowl from the mixer and add:

3 tomatoes – diced
¼ medium onion – finely chopped

Gently fold them together with a spatula.

3. Taste and add salt and/or pepper if needed.

If parts of the ingredients stick to the side of the mixing bowl during processing, stop the mixer. Use a spatula to add it back into the mixture. Then, continue processing.
