Ingredients:

  • 8 OZ of cream cheese
  • ½ cup of sour cream (4 OZ)
  • 1 clove of garlic - peeled and grated (or pressed)
  • ¼ cup of chives - finely chopped (optionally substitute with fresh parsley or 1 TBSP of dried chives)
  • Pinch of salt (adjust if needed)
  • Pinch of pepper (adjust if needed)

1. Preparation:

1.1. Place into a kitchen mixer with whisk attachment:

8 OZ of cream cheese
½ cup of sour cream
1 clove of garlic –grated
¼ cup of chives – finely chopped
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Process on high speed for 3 minutes or until it is nicely smooth and combined.

1.2.

Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed.

2. Serving & storing:

The spread can be used immediately after preparation.

2.2.

It can be refrigerated for up to 7 days.
