Directions:

1. Place into a kitchen mixer with whisk attachment:

1 cup of soft butter
1 cup of spreadable cream cheese
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper – ideally freshly ground

Process on high speed for 3 minutes or until it is nicely smooth and combined.

2. Taste and add more salt or pepper if needed.

  • If parts of the ingredients stick to the side of the mixing bowl during processing, stop the blender and, using a spatula, add it back into the mixture. Then, continue processing.
  • The mixture can be used immediately after preparation.  It can be refrigerated for up to 7 days. Make sure to take it out of the fridge about an hour before serving so it is easier to spread or decorate with. Also, you can freeze it for up to a half year.
