I absolutely love to have herb baguettes as a side, especially for steaks or salads. It is not only easy to make but also a great way to use leftover baguettes. You can substitute baguettes for any kind of bread!
Ingredients:
- 1 large baguette (about 20″ long)
- 4 TBSP of herb butter - room temperature (store-bought or recipe here)
- 8 TBSP of parmesan
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Tools:
- 1x Measuring Cups
- 1x Measuring Spoons
- 1x Chef’s knife
- 1x Cutting Board
- 1x Baking Sheet with Parchment Paper or Silicone Matt (or any dull knife to spread the butter)
Directions:
2. Set oven to preheat to 350°F.
3. Spread on each piece of baguette:
1 TBSP of herb butter
Place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
4. Sprinkle each piece of baguette with:
2 TBSP of grated parmesan
