Directions:

1. Dumpling-egg mixture:

1.1.

Cut dumplings into ¾” dices with a sharp knife and place it into a medium mixing bowl.

1.2. Add:

Diced dumplings
4 large eggs

Thoroughly stir together until they are evenly combined.

2. Sauté:

2.1. Preheat a fry pan on medium-high heat with ¼ cup of frying oil and add:

Dumpling-egg mixture

Sauté on high heat with stirring until done – the egg on all dumplings will be cooked (about 5 to 7 minutes).

3. Finishing phase:

3.1. Take it from the burner and add:

¼ medium onion – finely chopped
½ cup of chives – finely chopped
½ TSP of ground pepper
¾ TSP of salt

Thoroughly stir together.

3.2.

Taste and add salt and/or pepper if needed.

4. Plating & serving:

4.1.

After plating, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4.2.

Serve with pickles.
