Best served with:

Directions:

1. Creamy horseradish filling:

1.1. Place into a kitchen mixer with whisk attachment:

1 cup of cream

Whisk on a high speed until it’s almost done — the liquid turns almost to whipped cream (about 2 – 4 minutes).

1.2. Add:

2 TBSP of creamy-style horseradish
¼ TSP of cream of tartar
1 TSP of confectioners’ sugar
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Whisk on high speed until done — stiff peaks are formed (about 30 seconds to 1 minute).

1.3.

Fill into a pastry bag with a pastry tip of your choice for the next step (do not let sit too long since the cream will harden thanks to the cream of tartar – proceed immediately to the next step).

2. Assemble:

2.1.

Simply roll each slice of ham into an individual roll while leaving about ¾” empty space in the middle.

2.2

Then, pipe out the filling into the center of each ham roll. Pipe from the center out from both sides.

2.3.

When filled, pipe a little bit of the filling on the top of the ham roll and decorate it with a piece of parsley.

3. Serve 2 rolls per serving together with a slice of bread, roll, or baguette.

If parts of the ingredients stick to the side of the mixer bowl during processing, stop the mixer, and using a spatula, add it back into the mixture. Then, continue processing.
