Directions:

1. Prepare:

Let’s start the preparation of the cheese-garlic dip and spread!

1.1. Place all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl:

1 ½ cups of cheese of your choice – finely grated
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic – grated
½ TSP of salt
¼ TSP of pepper – ground
Optionally: 1 cup of corn – fresh (or defrosted frozen)

1.2.

Thoroughly fold them together with a spatula until they are fully combined.

2. Finalize Cheese – Garlic Dip and Spread:

Taste and add seasoning or extra pepper if needed

Refrigerate overnight for best results so the ingredients can settle more completely.
