Garlic presses are popular for pressing garlic. They simplify the process since garlic can be crushed and then peeled instead needing to carefully peel each garlic. Using this garlic press is also faster than using a small hand grater. On the other hand, this technique isn’t as gentle, and you get a little less flavor from your garlic.
