Ingredients:

Directions:

Prep the Cauliflower

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Boil cauliflower florets in salted water for 5 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.

Make the Cheese Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and stir for 1 minute to cook off the raw taste.
  2. Gradually whisk in milk, stirring until thickened.
  3. Add mustard powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and nutmeg.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 1 ½ cups cheese until smooth and melty.

Assemble and Bake Ultra-Cheesy Cauliflower Bake

  1. Pour the cheese sauce over the cauliflower and mix gently.
  2. In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp melted butter, and ½ cup shredded cheese. Sprinkle on top.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
