Ingredients:
Green Apple Chimichurri:
- 1 granny Smith apple - finely diced
- ½ cup of fresh parsley - finely chopped
- ¼ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of garlic - peeled and grated (or pressed)
- ¼ TSP of salt
- 1 ½ TBSP of lemon juice
- ¼ TSP of black pepper
Lamb Chops:
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 TSP of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ TSP of black pepper
- 1 TSP of salt
- ½ TSP of ground smoked paprika
Tools:
- 1x Measuring Cups
- 1x Measuring Spoons
- 1x Chef’s knife
- 1x Cutting Board
- 2x Mixing Bowls
- 1x Silicone Spatula
- 1x Fry Pan (or grill)
- 1x Tongs

1. Prepare the Green Apple Chimichurri:
Let’s start the preparation of Lamb Chops with Green Apple Chimichurri!
- In a bowl, mix the finely diced green apple, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine.
2. Season the Lamb Chops:
- Rub the lamb shoulder chops with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Cook the Lamb Chops:
- Heat a frying pan (skillet) or grill pan over medium-high heat.
