Main Ingredients:
- 6 - 8 chicken thighs - skinless and boneless (or bone in)
- 4 cloves of garlic - peeled and minced
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Zest from 1 lemon
- ½ stick of unsalted butter - cubed (¼ cup, grass-fed)
- 1 TSP of dried garlic powder
- 1 TSP of onion powder (dried)
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
- Pinch of ground pepper (to taste)
- 2 cups of beef broth/stock

2. Preparation:
- Place chicken thighs in a multifunction slow cooker or slow cooker.
- Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Add lemon zest, fresh garlic, cubed butter, and lemon juice.
- Add the chicken broth around the sides of the chicken. Be careful not to wash off the seasoning.
