I love Couscous with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Garlic because it is so flavorful and healthy, and you can prepare it with very little work in just a few minutes. This is my favorite version of this side!
1. Couscous:
1.1. Place in a medium mixing bowl:
1 ½ cups of couscous
3 cups of very hot water
Briefly stir, cover with a plate, and let rest until all water is absorbed and the couscous grows to its final volume (about 10 – 15 minutes).
