Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Couscous:

1.1. Place in a medium mixing bowl:

1 ½ cups of couscous
3 cups of very hot water

Briefly stir, cover with a plate, and let rest until all water is absorbed and the couscous grows to its final volume (about 10 – 15 minutes).

2. Final phase:

2.1. Add:

2 TBSP of butter
2 TBSP of olive oil
½ cups of sun-dried tomatoes – finely chopped
½ cup of grated parmesan
1 clove of garlic – grated
½ TSP of salt
Pinch of ground pepper

Thoroughly stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Taste and add salt or pepper if needed.
