- 5 FL OZ of hot sauce (1 small bottle)
- 2 TBSP of honey (adjust if needed, or brown sugar)
- Pinch of extra coarse pink salt
Blue Cheese Sauce:
- ½ cup of sour cream
- ¼ cup of mayonnaise
- 6 OZ of blue cheese (I like Stilton, but other kinds work great)
- 2 cloves of garlic - minced
- Drizzle of milk
- Drizzle of lemon juice (adjust if needed)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground black pepper
For the Crunch Wrap:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 24 PCS of tortilla chips (adjust if needed, about 6 per serving)
- Optionally: 1 cup of cheese of your choice - grated (adjust if needed, about ¼ cup per serving)
- 1 cup of lettuce of your choice (about ¼ cup per serving)
- 1 cup of tomatoes (about ¼ cup per serving)
- Drizzle of hot sauce
