- 1 cup of powdered sugar-free sweetener
- 8 OZ of cream cheese (one package)
- 1 cup of peanut butter (creamy & unsweetened)
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream (8 FL OZ)
- 1 TSP of vanilla extract
"Graham Cracker" Base (Optional):
- keto mini crunchy peanut butter cookies - crushed
- sugar-free chocolate syrup
Toppings (Optional):
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream (8 FL OZ, whipped to stiff peaks)
- keto mini crunchy peanut butter cookies - crushed
- keto mini crunchy mint chocolate cookies - crushed
- sugar-free chocolate gems
- sugar-free mini chocolate chips
Tools:
- 1x Measuring Cups
- 1x Measuring Spoons
- 1x Medium Mixing Bowl (3 – 4 QT)
- 1x Something to Crush Cookies (a food processor, blender, or even a zip-top bag and a rolling pin will work.)
- 1x Silicone Spatula
- 1x hand mixer (or self standing kitchen mixer with a whisk attachement)
