1. Preheat the Oven:

Let’s start with the preparation of Creamy Garlic Butter Baked Chicken & Herb Rice!

Preheat the Oven to 200°C (400°F).

2. Season the Chicken:

In a bowl, toss drumsticks with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil until evenly coated.

3. Prep the Baking Dish:

  • In a large ovenproof dish, mix rice, chicken stock, cream, melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and dried mixed herbs.
  • Stir lightly.

4. Bake Covered:

  • Place the seasoned drumsticks on top of the rice, skin-side up.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.

5. Bake Uncovered:

Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 15-20 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and the rice is tender.
