Ingredients:
- about 1 LB of rotisserie chicken - shredded (adjust if needed, with no skin, roasted chicken)
- about ½ LB of ham - shredded or chopped (adjust if needed)
- about ½ LB of mushrooms of your choice - diced or sliced (adjust if needed)
- 1 ½ cups of double cream (or heavy cream)
- ½ cup of parmesan cheese - grated
- Pinch of salt (adjust if needed)
- Pinch of ground pepper (adjust if needed)
- 1 package of puff pastry dough (usually about 17.3 OZ, Rolled to around 5mm thickness)

Slice your mushrooms.
3. Cook the mushrooms:
Fry your mushrooms without any additional oil.
4. Add the meat:
Cook through until warm.
5. Sauce:
- Add your double cream (or heavy cream), salt and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, then add your parmesan cheese and cook until it thickens.
6. Make the Pie:
- Add your ingredients to a roasting pan & top with your rolled-out puff pastry.
- Egg wash and apply seasoning of choice.
- Place slits in the Pie lid to let heat escape.
7. Bake Chicken, Ham and Mushroom Pie:
Bake your pie in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) until crisp and golden.
