  • Cook for another 30 seconds to release the flavors.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the butter mixture.
  • Let it cook for about 1 minute, allowing the ingredients to blend.

4. Add Cream:

  • Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and gently stir the sauce until it begins to simmer.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to slightly thicken.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.

5. Prepare to Bake:

  • Arrange the seasoned fish fillets in the baking dish and place slices of lemon into the fish.
  • Pour the prepared garlic butter cream sauce with lemon slices over the top.

6. Bake the Fish:

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

7. Serve:

  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute.
  • Serve the fish with the creamy sauce spooned over it, along with your choice of sides like steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes.
