- 1 ½ LB of baby red potatoes (or other small-sized potatoes)
- 3 TBSP of butter
- ½ TSP of salt (adjust if needed)
- 1 Pinch of ground pepper - ideally freshly ground (adjust if needed, ideally freshly ground)
